Looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner with hands-on Appian platform experience and strong workflow/process automation background.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of BA/Technical BA experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Appian experience
• BPM/workflow automation experience
• Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories & acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum, backlog management & sprint planning
• Experience working with Appian developers and cross-functional teams
• Data analysis, data mapping & ETL concepts
• API integration understanding (REST/SOAP)
• JIRA, Confluence, Visio experience
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• Salesforce integration experience
• Appian certification
• Low-code platform experience
• Telecom/domain experience
