Qualifications & Experience:
∙ 12+ years of overall experience with demonstrable Appian architecture and solution design leadership.
∙ Define, create, and document high-level Appian architectural solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance
∙ Provide development leadership and guide developers on Appian best practices including SAIL, data modeling, process modeling, and integrations
∙ Design and implement integrations with external systems including REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
∙ Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to Appian development standards
∙ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
∙ Perform performance tuning using Appian Health Check, logs, and monitoring tools
∙ Appian Certified Lead Developer or Senior Developer certification highly preferred
∙ Expert-level proficiency with Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, and smart services
∙ Strong integration skills with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases
∙ Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
∙ Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Appian
∙ Background working in Agile methodologies
∙ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
