Return to work. • Investing for brand new space in Iselin, NJ. • Connecticut Farmington, CT. • NYC Duration: 6 months contract then full time Interview Process: 2-3 rounds Overview: Client is launching the first phase of a $150M digital modernization program focused on improving product releases to market. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead Appian-driven initiatives from the ground up. Role Summary: Seeking a strong Appian Technical Lead with proven experience leading teams and projects. This person will own technical design decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure scalable, well-architected Appian solutions. Job Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). • 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, or technology leadership roles. • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT systems and architectures. • Appian Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Appian components such as Process Designing, SAIL, Rules, Security, and Integration. • Proficiency in Appian Designer, low-code development, BPMN, and data modeling • Integration and Architecture: Understanding of integrations with REST, SOAP, and other systems; knowledge of Appian architecture and infrastructure • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards. • Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a significant advantage
