Job Description
β’ The Workday Integration Analyst III is a senior-level, hands-on role responsible for the configuration, development, testing, and support of Workday integrations across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. The Workday Integration Analyst III partners closely with functional and technical teams to enable seamless data flow between Workday and external systems while supporting ongoing optimization and post-production enhancements.
β’ In this role, the Workday Integration Analyst III designs and maintains inbound and outbound integrations, troubleshoots complex integration issues, and ensures data accuracy and system stability. The Workday Integration Analyst III also supports Workday upgrades, regression testing, and reporting needs while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep Workday integration expertise, and the ability to operate independently in an enterprise environment. The Workday Integration Analyst III plays a critical role in sustaining and enhancing Workday platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation (4+ years).
β’ Develop and support inbound and outbound data integrations between Workday and third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and business alignment (4+ years).
β’ Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions (4+ years).
β’ Support post-production enhancements, Workday releases, stabilization activities, and ongoing optimization initiatives (4+ years).
β’ Create and maintain integration documentation, including mapping specifications, technical design documents, and test plans (4+ years).
β’ Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions (4+ years).
β’ Build and support calculated fields and Workday custom reports, including advanced and matrix reports (3+ years).
β’ Participate in Workday upgrade cycles, regression testing, and validation efforts (4+ years).
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Workday Integration Development:
β’ Recent hands-on experience developing Workday integrations across enterprise environments (4+ years).
β’ Strong expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and EIBs (4+ years).
β’ Integration Technologies:
β’ Proficiency with XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, and related integration tools (4+ years).
β’ Ability to analyze existing integrations and recommend performance and scalability improvements (4+ years).
β’ Enterprise & Collaboration Skills:
β’ Experience supporting complex enterprise environments with multiple functional stakeholders (4+ years).
β’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills (4+ years).
β’ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (4+ years).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
β’ Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
β’ Experience integrating Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain modules (preferred).
β’ Workday Pro Integrations or Workday Studio certification (nice to have).
Education
