Work Scope: Application Development Documentation Specialist Perform process documentation for the Application Development area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Document Creation: Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), user manuals and training materials.
β’ Content Management: Organize and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
β’ Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of process engineering principles and best practices.
β’ Review and Edit: Review and edit documentation produced by other team members for clarity, grammar, and compliance with established standards.
β’ Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand product specifications, user needs, and industry standards.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
β’ Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing documentation processes and implement best practices.
β’ Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Technical Proficiency
β’ Tools and Software: Proficiency in various documentation tools and software, such as:

β’ Adobe Acrobat
β’ Content Management Systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
β’ Visio
β’ Smartsheet project management
