Applications Analyst - HCM Analytics (Oracle Fusion) LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Job ID: 1401 Company: Protouch Staffing Location: Houston, TX 77024 (Hybrid) Contract Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $82.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Start Date: April 20, 2026 Position Overview Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM) for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a large healthcare client in Houston, TX. This hybrid role focuses on developing, validating, and supporting reporting solutions within an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional HR/Payroll knowledge and technical reporting expertise, particularly within complex, shift-based environments. Work Schedule & Hybrid Requirements • Hybrid role with remote flexibility • On-site Tuesday-Thursday, 2 weeks per month through July 2026 • On-site Tuesday-Thursday, 1 week per month starting August 2026 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports • Build reporting solutions across: • Core HR • Time & Labor • Workforce Scheduling • Payroll • Develop reports including: • Payroll registers • Timecard summaries • Overtime and shift premium reports • Compliance and workforce analytics dashboards • Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Assist with post-go-live support and system stabilization • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance standards Required Technical Skills - 2+ years currently working • Strong experience with: • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) including data models and bursting • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) • Knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics • Strong SQL and data analysis skills • Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures and subject areas Functional Expertise • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: • Core HR • Time & Labor • Payroll • Workforce Scheduling • Strong understanding of: • Payroll processing • Time calculation rules • Overtime and shift differentials • Compliance reporting • Experience in healthcare or shift-based environments preferred Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Fast Formulas (payroll, absence, benefits) • Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) • In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes Why Join Protouch Staffing? • Competitive weekly pay • Dedicated recruiter support • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role • Work on a high-impact Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation If you are an Oracle Fusion HCM analytics expert who enjoys building impactful dashboards and workforce insights, we'd love to connect.
