Role Description We’re looking for an Applied AI Engineer to support our team in designing and validating a next-generation visual data pipeline. You’ll work across a small, multidisciplinary team of engineers, 3D specialists, and domain experts to evaluate, optimize, and standardize complex visual datasets used in AI and simulation workflows. The focus is rigor, repeatability, and results. If you enjoy exploratory R&D, reproducible workflows, and turning experiments into reliable systems, you’ll fit right in. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and visual intelligence. What We’re Looking For β€’ Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field. β€’ Strong applied Python skills β€” experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV. β€’ Proven experience building or evaluating datasets for machine learning. β€’ Familiarity with game engine/simulation tools (Unreal Engine, Unity, Omniverse etc.) is a plus. β€’ Understanding of visual data types (imagery, 3D, LiDAR, GIS) preferred. β€’ Comfortable moving between research and engineering tasks in a fast-evolving environment. β€’ Excellent documentation and communication skills.
