Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Applied AI/ML Lead to spearhead AI-driven initiatives for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI), payment platform modeling, and proficiency in ZORO (frontend) and Snowflake (backend). This role demands a visionary leader capable of client engagement, team mentorship, and driving innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI/ML Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, emphasizing GenAI applications and payment platform solutions. Technical Expertise: Utilize ZORO for frontend development and Snowflake for backend data management, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Model Design: Architect and implement robust AI/ML models tailored for payment platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability. Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that align with their business objectives. Team Development: Mentor and uplift the internal team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI/ML practices. Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, integrating best-in-class concepts and methodologies into projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with ZORO frontend framework and Snowflake data platform. Strong foundation in AI/ML model development, particularly in GenAI and payment systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
