This role involves the critical evaluation and enhancement of AI models' STEM reasoning capabilities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content across various STEM sub-domains. You will work closely with AI researchers to identify and implement optimizations that enhance model accuracy and ensure our technology leads the way in generating high-quality STEM content. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and analyze the quality of STEM content across various sub-domains. • Benchmark model performance against human ground truth. • Collaborate with AI researchers to find optimization opportunities for enhancing model accuracy. • Conduct in-depth analysis of human audit data to identify patterns and areas for improvement. • Contribute to the development of next-generation AI-assisted STEM solutions. Must-Have Skills: • 2+ years of experience in machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) experience • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) Industry Experience: • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience in evaluating AI/ML systems, particularly within STEM applications.
