Machine Learning Specialist

We are a fast-moving startup developing an AI-powered content creation platform. We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in computer vision and generative AI to help train multiple image models from scratch, as well as fine-tune existing models for adult-themed content generation. You will work closely with the founding team to develop custom AI models that generate high-quality, personalized images. The ideal candidate is skilled in deep learning frameworks, model training techniques, and dataset management, with a strong understanding of DreamBooth, Stable Diffusion, and GANs. Responsibilities: • Train and fine-tune image generation models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DreamBooth, GANs, VAEs). • Develop and optimize training pipelines for high-quality, personalized AI image outputs. • Preprocess and curate private datasets for training and fine-tuning. • Implement scalable training workflows using local and cloud-based GPUs. • Experiment with different architectures to improve image quality and generation speed. • Ensure model safety, diversity, and bias mitigation for inclusive content generation. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and computer vision. Requirements: • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. • Proven experience training and fine-tuning image generation models from scratch. • Familiarity with Stable Diffusion, DreamBooth, LoRA, ControlNet, and GANs. • Experience working with large-scale datasets for training deep learning models. • Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and cloud GPU services (AWS, GCP, or local GPU clusters). • Knowledge of model optimization techniques for inference speedup. • Prior work with adult content AI models is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with multi-modal AI (text-to-image, image-to-image, etc.) • Understanding of ethical AI development and content moderation techniques • Previous experience deploying AI models in a production environment
