Apptio TBM Analyst / Technology Business Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Implement and administer Apptio SaaS modules, including TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, and Cloudability. • Collect, cleanse, model, and transform data from financial systems, CMDB, HR, cloud billing, and ITSM sources. • Build TBM-aligned cost models to map budgets to CIO, CFO, and program-level reporting requirements. • Partner with cloud teams to optimize AWS/Azure/GCP spend using Apptio Cloudability. • Produce dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards supporting CPIC, budget submissions, and OMB A-11, A-123, and TMF reporting. • Conduct cost benchmarking, variance analysis, unit cost modeling, and run-rate forecasting. • Support ATO and security requirements for Apptio SaaS (FedRAMP Moderate/High). • Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations (ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, SAP, AWS CUR, Azure billing). • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide end-user training. Required Qualifications • 48+ years in IT financial management, TBM, CPIC, or enterprise data modeling. • Hands-on experience with Apptio Cost Transparency and Cloudability. • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data transformation skills. • Ability to work across CIO, CFO, Acquisition, Cloud, and PMO stakeholders. • Experience with federal cost models, CPIC, and budget execution.
