Role description
AI Adviser (Part-Time) 1–2 days a week Outside IR35 UK remote (occasional London/Bristol for collaboration) Starting ASAP for 6 months I'm supporting a consultancy that partners with global brands to help them address ethical and sustainability challenges. Their work combines data, policy and field research to create measurable social impact. They’re now looking for an AI Adviser to help them embed AI across their operations and services. The business has already started exploring tools like Copilot internally and is developing a fieldwork data collection app to improve how qualitative and quantitative data is captured and analysed. They’re now ready to bring in an expert to guide what comes next. This newly created role will lead on shaping how AI is integrated into their workflows, products and knowledge systems while building internal confidence, governance and capability. What you’ll be doing: • Advising on how AI can enhance data collection, analysis and reporting across the organisation • Managing the relationship with an external app development partner to ensure the product integrates effectively with AI analysis tools • Identifying and configuring open-source AI tools for data visualisation, search and reporting • Coaching and training teams on responsible, ethical and practical AI adoption • Acting as an internal AI champion to inspire curiosity and experimentation What we’re looking for: • Strong experience leading AI implementation or transformation within a consultancy or data-focused organisation • Hands-on familiarity with open-source AI platforms, NLP or data visualisation tools • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for non-technical users • A collaborative and coaching mindset, with an enthusiasm for using AI to create positive social impact If you’re passionate about using AI responsibly to solve complex, real-world challenges, I’d love to hear from you.
