Role description
We are looking for 3 difference positions for AI as per below details. • Agentic AI Developer - 12 Positions • Agentic AI Technical Lead - 8 Positions • Agentic AI Architect - 5 Positions (1)Agentic AI Developer About the Role: Seeking a forward-thinking Developer to join a team building an Agentic AI chat assistant designed for self-directed clients initiative. This solution will enable clients to interact with their financial data through a conversational, intelligent assistant. As part of this team, you’ll be working at the tip of the spear of agentic development at a premier, global investment management firm, building next-generation experiences powered by large language models (LLMs). Your work will directly impact how clients understand and engage with their portfolios—flattening the UI, reducing friction, and delivering personalized insights through natural language. What You’ll Do: • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-powered chat experiences using agentic architectures (Bedrock, LangGraph, etc). • Integrate with key APIs (Accounts, Holdings, Portfolio Watch, Transactions) to deliver real-time, contextual responses. • Contribute to the evolution of Explain and Empower from MVP to a fully capable, ancross-platform assistant. • Implement robust tooling for evaluation, observability, monitoring, etc. to ensure we are deploying generative AI responsibly. What We’re Looking For: • Creative, pragmatic problem solvers who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy experimenting with new approaches. • Engineers who are quick to learn and adapt to emerging tools and technologies in the generative AI space. • Experience with Python and TypeScript; familiarity with Stencil is a plus—but curiosity and adaptability matter more than specific tools. • Experience with AWS e.g. Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch • Experience with Splunk, Honeycomb • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment. • Passion for improving client experience through intelligent, intuitive digital solutions. Core Responsibilities • Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. Integrates third party products. • Translates technical specifications into code for moderately complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients. Writes programs, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation. • Elevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents. • Follows software development methodology. Fvollows development architecture standards. • Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues. Participates in systems analysis activities. • Understands client business functions and technology needs. Understands Client tools, technologies, and applications/databases,including those that interface with business area and systems. • Learns and complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience, with at least one year of development experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
