We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact team building next-generation intelligent systems. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about AI agents, large language models, and applied machine learning in healthcare and beyond.
Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement intelligent AI agents leveraging LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
β’ Build secure, scalable AI solutions integrated into applications and workflows.
β’ Advance AI capabilities in conversation, decision-making, adaptability, and safety/guardrail mechanisms.
β’ Continuously optimize models through reinforcement learning, feedback loops, and performance tuning.
β’ Work across the stack (backend services, pipelines, frontend) to deliver production-grade systems.
β’ Rapidly prototype and iterate in a startup-style environment.
β’ Collaborate closely with senior engineers and researchers to contribute to cutting-edge AI systems.
Qualifications
β’ Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.
β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
β’ 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI agents and machine learning models.
β’ Strong expertise in Azure Data & AI platforms (Databricks, Fabric, AI Foundry).
β’ Experience building and experimenting with GenAI models and agentic workflows.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
