Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact team building next-generation intelligent systems. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about AI agents, large language models, and applied machine learning in healthcare and beyond. Responsibilities • Design and implement intelligent AI agents leveraging LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks. • Build secure, scalable AI solutions integrated into applications and workflows. • Advance AI capabilities in conversation, decision-making, adaptability, and safety/guardrail mechanisms. • Continuously optimize models through reinforcement learning, feedback loops, and performance tuning. • Work across the stack (backend services, pipelines, frontend) to deliver production-grade systems. • Rapidly prototype and iterate in a startup-style environment. • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and researchers to contribute to cutting-edge AI systems. Qualifications • Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). • 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI agents and machine learning models. • Strong expertise in Azure Data & AI platforms (Databricks, Fabric, AI Foundry). • Experience building and experimenting with GenAI models and agentic workflows. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
