Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, and other ML models to solve business and product challenges. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify AI use cases and define technical requirements. • Fine-tune and evaluate model performance across diverse datasets and workflows. • Develop and maintain model pipelines, APIs, and orchestration layers for scalable deployment. • Create and document evaluation metrics and validation frameworks to ensure model reliability, safety, and alignment. • Work with prompt engineers to optimize interactions between models and application layers. • Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance capability and performance Preferred Experience • Exposure to governance frameworks or AI ethics guidelines for enterprise environments. • Understanding of MLOps pipelines and tools • Agency/Consultancy background 4+ month contract with opportunity for extension.
