Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Agentic Engineer to design and build intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, learning, and taking actions in dynamic environments. You will work at the forefront of AI innovation, developing agent-based systems that use cutting-edge machine learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and train intelligent agents using modern AI/ML techniques.
β’ Apply reinforcement learning, planning, and decision-making frameworks to real-world problems.
β’ Collaborate with product and research teams to bring experimental models to production.
β’ Integrate agents into platforms, tools, or simulations that interact with humans or other agents.
β’ Optimize performance, efficiency, and generalization of AI agents in various environments.
β’ Keep up with emerging trends in autonomous systems, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based agents.
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
β’ Solid understanding of ML, reinforcement learning (e.g., DQN, PPO, A3C), and agent architectures.
β’ Strong coding skills in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI Gym, or Ray/RLlib.
β’ Experience building agent systems for simulations, games, robotics, or real-world applications.
β’ Familiarity with LLM agents and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model versioning tools.
