Role description
One of the country's largest financial services companies is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions for chatbots, internal analytics and reporting use cases. This role focuses on enabling systems that adapt, learn, and respond based on data to contribute to smarter decision-making, automation, and insight generation across customer experience workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency across the AI/ML lifecycle including with taxonomy development, topic modeling, and churn/propensity modeling.
