Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AIOps Engineer-L2 (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite) Length: 3 months (potential extension) Location: Reston, VA 20190 Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML, automation, and cloud operations. This role will focus on building, deploying, and supporting AI-driven solutions in a production environment, integrating autonomous agents with enterprise systems, and ensuring operational reliability. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-powered solutions with a focus on MLOps and production readiness. • Build and optimize autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen. • Integrate AI solutions with diverse data sources, including Elasticsearch, SQL/NoSQL databases, Jira, Confluence (Wiki), and Git. • Provide operational support and optimization for AWS cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability. • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or Ansible. • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and manage version control systems (Git). • Implement containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. • Balance independent problem-solving with collaborative teamwork in a high-growth environment. Mandatory Skills & Experience: • AI/ML Development & Operations – 4+ years • Operations / MLOps – 3 + years • Python (scripting, backend, automation) – 4+ years • LangChain (or similar agentic tools) & AWS – 4+ years Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in enterprise-scale AIOps or AI/ML deployment environments. • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
