Are you passionate about helping organizations unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence? We are a consulting firm seeking an AI Specialist / AI Consultant. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their business challenges and assess the benefits of AI by designing AI solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing expertise in emerging AI technologies to help clients design and implement impactful strategies. We have a need for both hands on AI consultants and those with a entrepreneurial spirit in AI sales. Responsibilities • Engage with clients to assess business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. • Translate customer requirements into actionable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps. • Advise on the use of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and other emerging technologies. • Design and prototype AI/ML and NLP-based solutions, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) applications and agentic systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. • Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, deep learning frameworks, and Azure AI offerings to guide clients on best practices and trends. • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, presentations, and proof-of-concept development. Requirements / Qualifications • Proven experience in AI/ML solution design, consulting, or applied research. • Strong knowledge of Large Language Models, Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning concepts. • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, particularly Microsoft Azure AI offerings (OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, ML Studio, etc.). • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic frameworks. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and explain technical concepts clearly. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
