NO C2C - W2 Only 4x/week onsite in Dearborn Position Description: Employees in this job function are responsible for developing intelligent programs, cognitive applications and algorithms for data analysis and automation, leveraging various AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, virtual assistants and specialized programming. 1. Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models and programs to solve complex problems, generate recommendations, extract patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data (images, sound), orchestrate automation and enable self-service capabilities. 1. Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data driven applications that translate data into actionable intelligence. 1. Drive innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence tools and techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, virtual assistants and specialized programming. 1. Research and optimize AI technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and create more efficient automation. 1. Experience with RAG, Lang Graph, NLP to SQL, ADK, and A2A Behavioral and Technical Interviews required. Skills: • Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems • Software Development Lifecycle, Software Development, Software Documentation, Application Development, Google Cloud Platform, Full Stack, Python, Azure, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems Required: • Bachelor's Degree • Specialist Exp: 5+ experience in relevant field • Software Development Engineering experience Responsibilities: • AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and intelligent applications, utilizing deep learning, generative AI, NLP, and image processing. • Problem Solving & Requirements: Translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions, focusing on prediction, pattern extraction, and automation. • Data Engineering: Perform large-scale data experimentation, management, and pipeline development for actionable intelligence. • Model Optimization: Build, train, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy. • Software Integration & MLOps: Integrate, deploy, and maintain AI solutions within existing software systems, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Research & Innovation: Continuously research, optimize, and drive innovative applications of AI technologies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists and other developers to align AI initiatives and ensure effective project execution.
