Optomi, in partnership with a leading global entertainment company, is seeking an AI Specialist for Strategic Operations.This role will help drive the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. Partnering across creative, technology, and communications teams, the AI Specialist will build awareness, drive education, and promote the ethical and responsible adoption of human-centered AI across the organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
• Partner with creative, technology, and communications leaders to design and execute promotional and educational campaigns.
• Draft updates, one-pagers, reports, and newsletters tailored to different audiences.
Internal Communications
• Maintain and update internal communication channels, including team resources and AI education materials.
• Support the production of biweekly newsletters and curate ongoing AI news updates in alignment with leadership and communications teams.
Education & Programs
• Support the planning and execution of AI-focused events such as demos, learning series, hackathons, and summits.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, promotions, registration, streaming, and on-site support.
Content Strategy & Tools
• Execute content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring resources remain fresh and accessible.
• Highlight ongoing projects and demos that showcase AI innovation.
Measurement & Insights
• Track engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver reporting to leadership and provide insights to refine communication and education strategies.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic communications, program coordination, or project management (experience in AI or emerging technologies a plus).
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting internal communications, newsletters, or knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Background in event planning or program support, including managing logistics and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative, technology, and communications teams.
• Comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing feedback, and reporting insights to refine strategies.
• Passion for AI, innovation, and promoting ethical, human-centered technology adoption.
