Asana Admin / Asana Developer

Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Asana expert who will own the configuration, customization, automation, and governance of Asana across the organization. This role is focused on daily operational ownership of Asana, enabling teams through advanced workflows, rules, reporting, and integrations—not project management. Key Responsibilities • Act as primary Asana administrator and platform owner • Configure and maintain: 1. Workflows, custom fields, rules, templates, and portfolios 1. Advanced dashboards and reporting for teams and leadership • Design and automate processes using Asana Rules and integrations • Manage Asana governance, permissions, and best practices • Support and optimize team onboarding, training, and adoption • Troubleshoot Asana configuration issues and improve system usability • Integrate Asana with tools such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Power BI • Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into Asana solutions Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on Asana administration or development • Daily experience working directly inside Asana • Strong expertise in: 1. Asana Rules & automation 1. Custom fields & reporting 1. Portfolios & dashboards 1. Experience building scalable Asana frameworks for multiple teams 1. Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization Nice to Have • Asana Certified Pro / Advanced • Experience with Asana API or reporting exports • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Asana environments
