Asset Manager

Are you a detail-driven IT professional with a passion for asset lifecycle management and ServiceNow optimization? We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Asset Management Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in managing hardware, software, and license assets across the enterprise—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost-efficiency through smart automation and data insights. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets—from acquisition to retirement. • Administer and enhance ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet evolving business needs. • Ensure data integrity through audits, reconciliation, and validation processes. • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize costs and ensure compliance. • Build dashboards and KPIs in ServiceNow to track asset utilization and software licensing. • Conduct physical and digital asset audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Identify automation opportunities to streamline asset tracking and reduce manual effort. • Support Software Asset Management (SAM) including license tracking, renewals, and compliance. • Align asset management with CMDB and IT Service Desk workflows. • Create documentation and deliver training on asset policies and ServiceNow usage. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of IT Asset Management experience, including 2+ years with ServiceNow. • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, software licensing, and procurement workflows. • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB modules. • Skilled in reporting and dashboard creation using ServiceNow tools. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy. • Familiarity with ITIL best practices. Preferred Skills • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS–ITAM). • Experience with software license models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle). • ITIL Foundation certification. • Ability to write or troubleshoot JavaScript in ServiceNow. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
