Job Title: Asset Protection Data Analyst Location: 13455 Branchview Ln, Dallas, TX 75234 Pay Rate: $31.88/hour (W2, Paid Weekly) Start date: ASAP Contract Length: 9 months (Extension possible based on performance, attendance, and business needs) Benefits: Paid weekly, health, dental + vision insurance available! Job Description: GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The ASSET PROTECTION Analyst has the role of collecting and analysing POS, Franchise and retail data for analytical auditing and reporting for Essilor/Luxottica. This includes extracting and analysing data from multiple Company sources, as well as collaborating and communicating with various departments. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of current data sources - Perform work on specific projects, including the identification, analysis, and communication of insightful perspectives and actionable recommendations - Develop presentations, supporting materials, spreadsheets, and models - Provide data, maps, and analysis on stores, regions, and/or markets as requested - Build strong relationships by collaborating with team members, the manager, and business partners to ensure that business and project goals are met - Produce and present executive briefs for implementation - Conduct franchise audits to assess compliance with contractual obligations and financial reporting requirements - Proactively provide periodic updates to management and the departmental leadership team regarding the status of audits and other projects in process Some of the key responsibilities of the Analyst include: - Analysis of inventory shrink information for our NA retail banners (SGH, LC, TO, OO, PV, LHB, FE) - Generating and analysing exception reports of high-risk areas to detect fraud and develop investigations - Produce presentations on analysis to support actionable Asset Protection recommendations - Support of the Asset Protection field team with their Store Audits and Investigations ANALYTICAL: - Generate and analyse exception reports utilizing current data sources to detect fraud and develop investigations - Perform risk assessments for franchise operations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified risks - Analyse financial statements and operational data from franchise locations to identify irregularities or performance gaps - Predictive-based reporting research and analysis JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related field - Strong analytical, auditing, and data management skills - Knowledge of exception-based and predictive analytics - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills - Work independently and exercise sound judgment #TMCS
