Business Data Scientist II

Our client, is seeking a Business Data Scientist to join their team. As a Business Data Scientist II, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. Job Title: Business Data Scientist Location:Clark, NJ (Onsite - 3 days per week) Pay Range:$51 What's the Job? - Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets related to formulation and product development. - Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize formulation processes and product performance. - Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows to structure laboratory and operational data for analysis. - Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to scientific and business stakeholders. - Collaborate with formulation scientists, R&D teams, and digital stakeholders to translate scientific challenges into data science solutions. What's Needed? - Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience using relevant data science libraries. - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental data analysis.
