Assistant Vice President Quality Assurance

Job Title: AVP/VP of QA Location: Kansas City, MO (In person interview) Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing QA for financial systems or loan platforms. • Strong expertise in manual testing principles and test case design. • Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). • Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and test integration in modern development pipelines. • Experience working with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in root cause analysis and defect tracking. • Familiarity with regulatory testing in financial services (e.g., compliance test cases, audit preparation, risk-based testing). • Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, SQL, and integration into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
