Associate BI Developer

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate BI Developer in Saint Louis, MO. Job Responsibilities: • Associate BI Developer will participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business sponsors • Participate in the creation of project documentation • Develop and maintain low complexity ad hoc and recurring business intelligence reporting solutions through all stages of the software development lifecycle, using a variety of reporting tools and techniques • Use and support products that contain intermediate to complex Excel functionality, i.e., pivots, etc. • Develop and maintain low to moderately complex automated processes using various tools and technologies • Troubleshoot simple to complex issues leveraging all tools and resources available; Recommend and implement alternate, corrective, and preventative/permanent solutions • As an Associate BI Developer, you will use various software to support intake and task tracking needs, i.e., Request IT, JIRA, Journyx and Confluence • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field • Certifications/Licenses: Boot Camp in Power BI, SQL, or other (preferred) • Working experience with navigation reporting platforms • Relevant experience developing and maintaining reporting products produced in Excel • Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.) • Strong Communication, Customer Service skills • Must be detailed oriented • Ability working with a team • Must be flexible The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
