Associate Data Analyst - Campus / New Graduate Industry: Global Professional Services / Accounting Employment Type: 12-24-month contract with potential for permanent employment Location: Orlando, FL 32827 - On-site, five day per week Compensation: $22 per hour Note: Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Position Summary A leading global professional services organization is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support retail banking Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and transaction-monitoring operations. This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates interested in data analysis, financial services, compliance, and technology-enabled operations. 4 weeks of training in transaction-monitoring processes will be provided. Key Responsibilities β€’ Collaborate within a centralized, high-performing team that supports internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographic locations. β€’ Coordinate meetings, track project requests, maintain delivery schedules, communicate updates, and review deliverables for accuracy and formatting. β€’ Review and analyze data across multiple systems to support transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence, fraud investigations, controls testing, data validation, grants management, and project management activities. β€’ Follow established policies and procedures while meeting defined productivity, quality, and performance targets. β€’ Identify potential AI use cases and process improvements that enhance operational quality and efficiency. β€’ Manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing deadlines, and help resolve project issues with guidance from senior team members. β€’ Contribute to standard operating procedures, training materials, and team-development initiatives. β€’ Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment while demonstrating integrity and personal accountability. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree required. β€’ Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. β€’ Experience or coursework in financial services, retail banking, data analytics, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management, AI, or software development is preferred. β€’ Intermediate proficiency with MSΒ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related productivity tools. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with measurable quality and productivity expectations. β€’ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to review information from databases and software applications. β€’ Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports usingΒ MS tools. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas clearly through narratives, reports, and diagrams. β€’ Strong collaboration, adaptability, organization, and time-management skills.
