Role description
This will be an onsite position, and only local candidates will be considered for this opportunity.
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations
• Prioritize urgent inquiries and provide timely responses
• Resolve supplier issues independently whenever possible
• Utilize FAQs and internal resources to support issue resolution
• Route escalations to appropriate responsible parties
• Build and maintain responsible party contact directories
• Monitor inquiry flow through centralized mailbox systems
• Track inquiry resolution through completion
• Follow up consistently with stakeholders to ensure timely closure
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries and resolution status
• Collaborate with GBS teams and suppliers across multiple countries
• Support supplier onboarding and purchase system transaction processes
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills required
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented work experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
