Associate Data Analyst (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Excel, AI Tools)

Strategic Staffing Solutions/S3 is hiring for a Data Analyst with a leading Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC. Please read further if you are interested in joining a leading organization! Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote (training for the 1st month will be 5x on site and then will move to hybrid) Duration: 12 months + possible extension Pay Rate: $30-35/hr. W2. Qualifications & Description: Qualifications: • Responsible for developing system access matrices across business lines and aligning job roles accordingly. • This role requires strong Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP) to analyze and organize data effectively. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid technical aptitude, including the use of approved AI tools, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and deliver work by year-end 2026 is essential. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Scope: • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. • Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
