Job Title: Associate – Data Quality & Governance Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Start Date: February Duration: 6 months (with potential for multi-year extension) Interview Process: 2 rounds (Teams video) About the Role We are seeking an Associate – Data Quality & Governance to support enterprise data initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data quality frameworks, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets. Key Responsibilities • Support data quality and data governance initiatives across enterprise platforms • Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies • Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, profiling, and reconciliation • Assist in defining and maintaining data standards, policies, and controls • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve data issues • Support metadata management and data lineage activities • Contribute to documentation related to data governance processes and controls Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of total professional experience • Proven experience in Data Quality and Data Governance • Strong proficiency in SQL • Comfortable working with large datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Collibra • Certifications such as Informatica, DAMA, or CDMP • Exposure to data management tools and governance frameworks
