This role will be responsible for designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Talend, Snowflake, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and ETL/ELT development. Experience with SAP BODI (Business Objects Data Integrator) and Data Vault 2.0 modeling is highly preferred. This role requires collaboration with Data Architects, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions. Required Experience Mid-Level Candidate • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, Data Warehousing, or Data Integration • Strong hands-on experience with Talend and/or Snowflake • Experience designing and supporting enterprise data pipelines • Strong SQL development skills Associate-Level Candidate • 3+ years of experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, or data warehousing • Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud-based environments • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Top Skills Talend-Focused Profile • Talend Data Integration • ETL/ELT Architecture • Data Architecture • SQL Development • DB2 • SAP BODI (Preferred) • Data Warehousing Snowflake-Focused Profile • Snowflake Development & Administration • SQL Development • Data Vault 2.0 • Cloud Data Warehousing • ETL/ELT Pipeline Development • Snowflake Certification (Preferred) Core Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end ETL/ELT solutions. • Translate business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines using Talend and Snowflake. • Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple source systems. • Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and data flow diagrams. • Support cloud migration and data modernization initiatives. • Monitor and support ETL workflows, batch jobs, and data integration processes. • Investigate and resolve production issues, data failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality concerns. • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. • Analyze impacts of data model and business requirement changes on existing data structures. • Work with Data Architects to implement scalable data warehouse and Data Vault solutions. • Develop and enhance data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality controls. • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Business Analysts, and application teams. • Support job scheduling, orchestration, and workflow automation using Airflow. • Optimize ETL performance and improve reliability of data pipelines. • Support data governance, compliance, audit, and reporting initiatives. • Participate in production support and on-call rotations as required. • Prepare development estimates and assist with project planning activities. Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (Mid-Level) of relevant experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing. • Hands-on experience with: • Talend • Snowflake • SQL • ETL/ELT Development • Data Warehousing • Data Architecture • Strong understanding of relational databases, dimensional modeling, and data integration concepts. • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience performing data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms. • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams and projects.
