In this role, you will lead and shape the end-to-end analytics strategy for customer experience, driving actionable insights that optimize engagement and business outcomes. You will oversee a team of analytics professionals, ensuring that complex data from digital channels is translated into executive-ready insights, dashboards, and recommendations. This position requires collaboration across client and internal teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals, uncover opportunities, and enhance the customer journey. You will apply deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics while also integrating broader digital marketing analytics solutions. As a high-impact, client-facing leader, you will mentor your team, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to scalable, repeatable analytics practices. This contract role offers the opportunity to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering measurable business value. Travel may be required to engage with clients and global team members. Accountabilities β€’ Lead, develop, and mentor analytics project teams focused on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and broader digital marketing analytics initiatives. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business questions and requirements, developing comprehensive measurement strategies and implementation plans. β€’ Build and deliver executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights that inform strategic decisions and improve the customer experience. β€’ Identify gaps and opportunities across the customer journey, providing actionable recommendations to drive ROI and user engagement. β€’ Ensure client expectations are met with timely delivery, clear communication, and strategic guidance. β€’ Promote standardized analytics practices, scalable processes, and effective knowledge sharing across teams. β€’ Participate in travel as needed to engage with clients, prospects, and global team members. Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, marketing, business, or related field. β€’ 8+ years of relevant work experience in digital analytics, marketing, consulting, or media. β€’ 3+ years managing teams, including mentoring, project leadership, and process development. β€’ Deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, including implementation, configuration, customization, and dashboard creation; certification preferred. β€’ Experience building measurement plans, analytics documentation, and leading client success reviews. β€’ Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) preferred. β€’ Strong consulting skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. β€’ Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
