Role description
Contract – 12 Months with a possibility of extension Details: Required Associate Director for Patient Assistance Foundation. This role oversees analytics and reporting to support foundation operations and ensure patients receive the assistance they need. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to interpret complex data, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead reporting, analytics, operational metrics, KPIs, and dashboard development. β€’ Partner with vendor data teams on dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and data quality. β€’ Perform product inventory forecasting, variance analysis, and workforce planning. β€’ Manage operating budget, monitor variances, and handle POs, accruals, and invoice reconciliation. β€’ Compile data for annual reporting and complete ad-hoc data requests. β€’ Lead weekly data review sessions and identify trends or anomalies. β€’ Support decision-making with insights and leadership presentations. β€’ Conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations for operational improvements. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams for data needs. Requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred. β€’ 3+ years of data analytics, financial planning, or quantitative analysis experience (healthcare/pharma preferred). β€’ Understanding of patient assistance programs or support operations. β€’ Ability to manage large datasets and communicate insights clearly. β€’ Strong presentation, forecasting, and business analytics skills. β€’ Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred. β€’ Ability to work on-site 3 days per week. Preferred: β€’ Experience in patient services or assistance programs. β€’ Workforce management experience. β€’ Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and process-improvement mindset.
