Job Summary
Led by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Technology Risk secures the firm against hackers and other cyber threats. The team is responsible for detecting and preventing attempted cyber intrusions against the firm, helping the firm develop more secure applications and infrastructure, developing software in support of those efforts, measuring cybersecurity risk, and designing and driving implementation of cybersecurity controls. The team has global presence across the Americas, APAC, India and EMEA.
Within Technology Risk, the Strategic Execution and Portfolio Management & Chief Operating Office leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives in support of the information security and cyber security program including change management, process improvement and managing audit commitments across Engineering. In addition, the team is responsible for building and scaling business operations to support a rapidly growing workforce overseeing talent management, project management office financial planning, vendor management, workforce strategy, communication and workplace experience.
The firm has one of the most progressive Technology Risk teams in the industry and is continuing to push the development of risk in preference to security within technology and the business. Year on year success has led the team to work deeper into the organization and gain valuable insights into how technology needs to function, what its risk really is and how this impacts the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with a broad group of stakeholders to define a holistic and integrated roadmap for initiatives relating to technology, reporting, and process enhancements.
• Support an effective governance framework for scope review, roadblock resolution, risk management, and communicating project health.
• Fulfill responsibilities along with other strategic projects prioritized by the organization's Technology Risk and Engineering leaders.
Required Skills
• 4 years of relevant work experience working in project, portfolio, product or program management, or operational experience.
• Prior experience leading global program management, with a track record of successfully developing and launching product and program management portfolios including roadmaps.
• Prior experience working within an engineering or cybersecurity environment preferred.
• Experience using project and program management tools or other relevant platforms, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Alteryx).
• Developing & maintaining engaging approaches to share curated risk insights through interactive dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Ability to work closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities, and measures of strategic initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the program management function, seeking opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks, and produces program reports for leadership and stakeholders and measures progress against ongoing key performance indicators.
Preferred Skills
• Demonstrated understanding of leveraging Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Data analysis and visualization experience is preferred.
• Background in non-financial risk management, including operational (execution and processing, cyber, resilience, third party, etc.), compliance and enterprise risk disciplines.
• Experience with, or keen interest to develop expertise in, programming skills with various languages such as Python, HTML, Javascript and/or C .
• Experience with, or keen interest to develop expertise in, development of risk analytics, interpretation & productivity tools for cultivating insights into risk.
