The Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (EMEx) function at the client is part of the Operations Innovation (OI) Group and focuses on optimizing the full equipment lifecycle - from development through to decommissioning - through standardized work and engineering excellence.
As part of this, EMEx is deploying a global Computerized Asset Management System (CAMS) and standardized Work Management Process to enable consistent maintenance practices, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Work Management Engineer to support global CMMS deployment. This role will act as a senior maintenance process and system Subject Matter Expert (SME), working with sites to understand current maintenance practices, support adoption of the future-state model, and enable sustainable process and system adoption post go-live.
Must Haves:
Bachelorβs degree and 4+ years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, or related discipline OR advanced degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in maintenance work management processes (planning, scheduling, execution, close-out).
Practical experience working with CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting CMMS or asset management system deployments or transformations
Familiarity with systems such as eMaint, Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Understanding of maintenance-related QMS requirements
Experience supporting data migration or master data validation
Familiarity with change management principles

β’ Support Site Transitions:
Provide expertise to manufacturing sites transitioning from legacy CMMS systems to the Enterprise CAMS platform, supporting adoption of standardized maintenance work management processes.
β’ Current-State Discovery:
Engage with site teams to assess existing maintenance practices, including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out, identifying gaps to the future-state model.
β’ Future-State Enablement:
Support sites in understanding the global maintenance work management process, including changes to roles, responsibilities, and expected behaviors across maintenance teams.
β’ CMMS SME Support:
Confidently navigate and demonstrate the CMMS to support deployment activities, translating system functionality into practical, real-world maintenance use cases.
β’ Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to communicate what is changing, why it matters, and how to support successful adoption.
β’ Data Migration Support:
Collaborate with global program teams and site stakeholders to support data migration activities, providing maintenance context for asset structures, maintenance plans, and master data.
β’ Training Reinforcement:
Partner with system training teams to reinforce key concepts through practical examples, process walkthroughs, and on-site engagement.
β’ Hypercare Support:
Support post-go-live activities, including issue triage, adoption coaching, and reinforcement of standardized processes and system usage.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with PMO, Change Management, Data Migration, QMS, Training, and IT teams to support successful deployment and resolve site-specific challenges.
β’ Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve deployment approaches, strengthen adoption, and capture lessons learned for future deployment waves.

Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
