Role description
Length: Contract to hire
Pay Rate: $33-40/hour – converting salary around $75-80k base (8-12% bonus)
Hybrid Requirement: 2 days in office – Quincy, MA

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Sr. Analysts for one of their top financial services clients. This person will be responsible for executing the risk management framework through the identification and management of Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, reporting, and challenging metric data for Technology Infrastructure. They will participate in initiatives and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness of risk identification through metrics. Those who desire to work as a BI analyst should demonstrate a strong understanding of managerial and professional skill sets. BI analysts are tasked with collaborating with a team of cross-departmental managers and are usually expected to be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities. They should also be well versed in many different aspects of business administration. BI analysts are expected to chair meetings discussing organizational data and future directions of the company. It is also expected that analysts will naturally demonstrate superior creative thinking and decision-making abilities consistently in their work.
