We are hiring for Junior Data Quality Analyst to join our FinCrime data governance team. The ideal consultant will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data quality issues, particularly in the context of financial crime risk management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can leverage their expertise to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and governance of data related to financial crime. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisted in the development and rollout of data quality guidelines and basic governance standards.
• Supported routine data quality checks to help identify and escalate inconsistencies or gaps.
• Worked with colleagues across different teams to help improve data handling and documentation practices.
• Helped gather and review data to support reporting and provide simple insights to the team.
• Monitored data processes to ensure they followed internal policies and supported compliance with data protection rules
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in data quality management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in combating financial crimes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques related to data analysis.
