• Strong understanding of sound architectural principles:
• Platform mindset
• Fast API (we don't use recommended approaches - low level use)
• Home grown session management
• Many AI agents need to run on this platform
• Experience with AWS, GCP and Azure
• Develop interfaces
• Provide abstraction
• MCP development and integration
• Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo, Kafka, FastAPI, Asyncio, Redis
• Non important: A2A protocol, MCP protocol
• python meta programming, session management, modular code design
• kubernetes, docker (no need for DevOps)
• Familiarity with programming for the cloud
• Communication skills
• Able to break down task into components
• Ideally customer facing
• AI exposure
• Claude code usage
• Coge generation co-pilots: Cursor, Github co-pilot
• Generating code by using AI: Vercel, Lovable, etc
