Automation/ AI-ML Senior Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation/AI-ML Senior Engineer to design and implement intelligent agents and AI-driven systems using cutting-edge technologies. This role involves working with Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud-native tools to build scalable, modular solutions for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities : • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and PowerShell . • Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for ITSM processes such as incident, change, and request management . • Collaborate with system administrators and application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities . • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and well-documented . • Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs and resolve issues proactively . • Design and develop intelligent agents using Agentic AI frameworks . • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise systems . • Work with AWS Cloud services and DevOps pipelines . • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform . • Leverage Copilot or Cursor AI for test case generation and validation . Required Skills & Qualification s: • 8+ years of experience in IT automation or infrastructure scriptin g. • Strong API development skills in .NET and Pytho n. • Hands-on experience in AI development and agent orchestratio n. • Proficiency in AWS Cloud services and DevOps practice s. • Infrastructure automation using Terrafor m. • Ability to generate and validate test cases using AI tool s.
