Job Title - Data Insights & Automation Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights & Automation Analyst with strong experience working with Salesforce data (SFDC), Power Automate, and Power BI to support our Program Management team in delivering high-impact data solutions and automating business workflows. This role combines strong analytical capabilities, automation expertise, and program management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Work extensively with Salesforce data (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom objects, reports, and CSV exports).
β’ Clean, join, and validate Salesforce datasets for reporting and automation workflows.
β’ Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
β’ Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows that move data between Power BI, SharePoint lists, Excel files, and other systems (e.g., Salesforce exports, manual CSVs).
β’ Implement and support approval workflows (L1/L2/VP), notifications, and data-capture processes tied to tracking dashboards.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot flow failures, performance issues, and data mismatches; document fixes and harden flows for scale and reliability.
β’ Create and maintain clear documentation (flow diagrams, field mappings, naming conventions).
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
β’ Support ongoing data quality and governance initiatives.
β’ Present findings and automation outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
β’ Apply program management principles to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
β’ Coordinate with multiple teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks proactively.
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, Automation Analyst, or a similar role.
β’ Experience with Salesforce API, report automation, and/or understanding of SFDC object schema.
β’ Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power BI.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
β’ Solid understanding of SharePoint lists, Excel/CSV data handling, and basic data modeling concepts.
β’ Ability to read and work with Power Query (M) and simple DAX.
β’ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
β’ Experience in program management: planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
β’ Prior experience in a tech or semiconductor environment is a plus.
