Automation SME – Tools & Process Automation

We are looking for a highly experienced Automation SME with strong expertise in process automation, workflow automation, scripting, and enterprise automation tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying automation opportunities, designing scalable automation frameworks, and implementing robust automation solutions across business and risk operations. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate automation opportunities across business and operational processes • Design scalable automation frameworks and reusable automation components • Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools, scripting, and workflow platforms • Build end-to-end automation pipelines for data ingestion, processing, reporting, and monitoring • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms • Monitor, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain automation workflows • Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to translate requirements into automation solutions • Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation best practices. Required Skills: • Strong experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation • Strong scripting experience with Python and/or PowerShell • Experience developing scalable automation pipelines and integrations • Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills • Experience with automation governance, documentation, and support • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • AI-driven automation experience • Experience in enterprise process automation and risk operations • Exposure to TestComplete or automated QA tools is a plus
