Position Overview:
The AI Engineer & Automation Lead will design and operationalize AI capabilities to enhance digital content operations within a highly regulated Life Sciences environment.
This role supports the development, testing, and QA of assets (emails, banners, IVAs) using automation to ensure speed and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• AI Engineering: Build AI-driven solutions for automated QC of emails, banners, and PDFs; develop AI-powered PDF comparison engines and annotation tools.
• MarTech Automation: Design workflows across Veeva Vault PromoMats, SFMC, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Compliance QA: Lead automated quality control for content accuracy, regulatory elements (ISI, footnotes), and rendering across devices.
• Content Support: Oversee banner trafficking and IVA updates in alignment with global content reuse strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years in AI development, automation, or MarTech engineering (Life Sciences preferred).
• Technical Stack: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, TensorFlow).
• Platform Expertise: Veeva Vault/CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience with PDF processing tools (PyPDF2, PDFMiner, OCR).
