Title : AWS AI Engineer Location : Remote Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+ years Detailed Job Description: AWS AI Expert – Call analytics (AWS connect) with s3, bedrock, comprehend, transcribe skillset. We are seeking an experienced AWS AI Expert to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered call analytics solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AWS Connect, S3, Bedrock, Comprehend, and Transcribe to build scalable solutions for speech-to-text conversion, sentiment analysis, conversational insights, and generative AI-driven analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement call analytics solutions using AWS Connect and AI/ML services. • Develop workflows leveraging AWS Transcribe for speech-to-text processing. • Utilize AWS Comprehend for sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and call categorization. • Integrate AWS Bedrock for generative AI use cases such as call summarization and insight generation. • Manage and process call recordings stored in Amazon S3. Required Skills: • Strong experience with AWS Connect, Amazon S3, AWS Transcribe, AWS Comprehend, and AWS Bedrock. • Experience building call center analytics or conversational AI solutions. • Knowledge of AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) is preferred. • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, and Generative AI applications. • Experience with cloud architecture, data integration, and security best practices.
