A well-known telecom company is seeking a Staff AWS Connect Developer to lead the development of advanced cloud-based contact center solutions. If you're passionate about building scalable, intelligent customer engagement platforms using AWS technologies, we want to hear from you.
π What You'll Do
β’ Architect and implement contact flows in AWS Connect, including IVR menus, call routing, and external system integrations
β’ Configure AWS Connect instances, queues, and phone numbers based on business needs
β’ Develop Lambda functions (C# or JavaScript) to enable dynamic call handling and backend operations
β’ Integrate AWS Connect with services like DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and API Gateway
β’ Build secure RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway with authentication and throttling policies
β’ Monitor performance metrics via CloudWatch and optimize system reliability and scalability
β’ Document technical designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver high-impact solutions
π§ What You Bring
β’ Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Masterβs preferred)
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Connect
β’ Strong proficiency in AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch
β’ Solid understanding of IVR systems, call routing, and contact center operations
β’ Experience with React, Python, JavaScript, or Java
β’ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
β’ AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer) are a plus
β’ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable
