Role description
Title: AWS Connect Engineer
Location: 4-days onsite in Addison, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
• AWS certification preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong background in cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on work with AWS services, especially AWS Connect.
• Skilled in creating, managing, and troubleshooting AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies for resource connectivity.
• Proficient in backend development using Python, Node.js, C#, or Java.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in AWS Connect to ensure reliable communication systems.
• Knowledge of handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and other privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
