Role description
Title: AWS Connect Engineer
Location: 4-days onsite in Addison, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Skills Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
β’ AWS certification preferred but not mandatory.
β’ At least 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong background in cloud-based solutions.
β’ Minimum 2 years of hands-on work with AWS services, especially AWS Connect.
β’ Skilled in creating, managing, and troubleshooting AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies for resource connectivity.
β’ Proficient in backend development using Python, Node.js, C#, or Java.
β’ Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
β’ Strong troubleshooting capabilities in AWS Connect to ensure reliable communication systems.
β’ Knowledge of handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and other privacy regulations.
β’ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
