Role Overview We’re hiring AWS Connect Engineers to design and optimize Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to automate customer contact flows and integrate AWS services that improve performance and reliability. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite per week) based in Dallas, TX, St. Louis, MO, or New Jersey. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, build, and deploy Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with AWS Lambda and supporting AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch). β€’ Develop backend integrations using APIs and serverless architectures. β€’ Troubleshoot and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and uptime. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and automation. Qualifications β€’ Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda. β€’ Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and integrations. β€’ Familiarity with API Gateway, IAM, and CloudFormation. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. β€’ AWS certification is a plus.
