Role description
• 4 plus years of hands on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services Strong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR CTI call routing, and real time analytics. • Experience with RESTful APIs microservices, and serverless architecture. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Node.js or Java Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Preferred Qualifications AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
