About the Project
We are seeking an experienced AWS Contractor to join a high-priority, time-sensitive project focused on AWS infrastructure optimization, ETL automation, and security/compliance enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS services, data pipeline automation, and compliance best practices, enabling them to deliver impactful results in a regulated cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize AWS-based ETL/data pipelines using services such as AWS Glue, Step Functions, S3, and RDS.
Review and enhance AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Implement security and compliance measures in line with HIPAA, SOC II, or other relevant regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to align deliverables with project goals.
Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using CloudFormation or Terraform.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Key Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to: AWS Glue, Step Functions, S3 ,RDS ,IAM, Secrets Manager.
Strong background in building, automating, and optimizing ETL/data pipelines in AWS.
Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated data environments (HIPAA, SOC II, etc.).
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business functions.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
