If interested reach out directly to kimberly.spicer@systemone.comΒ or call/text 301-252-8762 AWS Data Lake and Reporting Developer- REMOTE Responsibilities β€’ Support the EPLC project for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA) by building and maintaining data lake services within AWS environments. β€’ Develop and maintain reports leveraging AWS data lake tools, including QuickSuite, to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting. β€’ Ensure data consistency and freshness between source systems (such as Salesforce and external data sources) and the data lakes. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and tradeoffs to deliver effective, cost-efficient cloud solutions. β€’ Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) developers to enable repeatable AWS service provisioning. β€’ Document architecture, process flows, and other key aspects of data lakes and reporting solutions. β€’ Implement monitoring and alerting systems on AWS services to ensure operational reliability. Requirements experience with AWS core services, including best practices and implementation patterns, preferably more senior candidates are preferred. β€’ experience with AWS data lake services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation. β€’ experience with AWS reporting tools, with familiarity in AWS QuickSuite preferred. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and analytics. β€’ Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools. β€’ Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics best practices. β€’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows. β€’ Knowledge of data security, compliance, and regulatory standards. β€’ Previous experience working with project teams on cloud-based solutions. β€’ Ability to create documentation such as architecture diagrams and business process flowcharts. β€’ Nice to have: experience with Salesforce configuration, data, or integration.
